This eye-catching event will start at 9 A.M. and end at 3 P.M. All Toyotas are welcome at this event and almost every kind of Toyota will be represented. Scion & Lexus owners are also invited to attend & participate. You can expect to see many old Toyotas as well as classic & modern modified Toyota, Scion & Lexus cars. This event is hosted by the Toyota Owner’s and Restorer’s Club (T.O.R.C.). We are expecting to accommodate over 300 vehicles and there will also be large numbers of vendors in attendance.
As Toyota Motor Corp., U.S.A. begins preparations for its 50th anniversary, all Toyota enthusiasts can enjoy Toyotafest and see what makes this brand so appealing. Toyotafest has become a showcase for everyone to see how the frontiers of Toyota began in America; what was this car with a small light body and small engine that was made on the island of Japan? And nowadays, the whole world admits that Toyota is one of the leading auto manufacturers in the world, and that Toyota keeps everyone moving forward. You can expect to meet almost every model of Toyota at the All Toyotafest!
It was the late 50’s when the King of Toyota, the “Crown” was presented along with the Land Cruiser…the first Toyota to be known “world wide.” However, it wasn’t until the late 60’s that Toyota set its long and solid road to success with the Corona, Corolla, and 2000GT. This firm foundation lead the way and made a dream drive come true for many people, through the 70’s Celica, 80’s Supra, MR2, & Camry and the 90’s introduction of the Prius, the worlds first successfully marketed Hybrid car. Never ending, Toyota continues to explore & move forward with the youthful and charming new Scion brand, and the luxurious and gorgeous Lexus continues its popularity with its sophisticated and modern good looks. It is not often that all these models are lined-up together. Toyotafest is a once-a-year reunion with family and friends and cars. This event will be a living catalog of the ever-popular Toyota family.
The Toyota Owner’s and Restorer’s Club was established in 1995. When T.O.R.C. was formed in 1995, “It was time that Toyota joined the ranks of collectables.” T.O.R.C. was formed as an organization aimed at enthusiasts of all Toyota automobiles - both the early as well as the later models. T.O.R.C. aims to help Toyota owners with parts and restoration advice, promote networking with other Toyota owners and produces the annual Toyotafest each year.
The Toyotafest is a safe and fun family oriented event, where everyone can enjoy Southern California’s blue skies and peaceful ocean breezes while viewing some of the finest Toyotas in America.
